We’re bringing the studio training experience to the Dyeworks Park which is located conveniently 100 metres away from our main entrance in South Yarra.
Our full studio timetable is available outdoors – featuring; Energize, Form, Hyper and Volumize training styles on a 2 on 1 basis.
1 on 1 Personal Training is also available with one of our expert coaches.

- Energize is our HIIT style session focusing on fitness and weight managements
- Form is our full body resistance sessions focusing on learning weight training principles
- Hyper is our men’s weight training (available for existing clients only)
- Volumize is our women’s weight training (available for existing clients only)
- Sessions go for 30 minutes and cost $25 per person
Outdoor training designed specifically for you and your goal, with an expert coach.

- Programs can be designed to reflect any current injuries, or medical conditions
- Sessions go for 30 minutes and cost $50 per session
The Dyeworks Park is located 100 metres away from the main Ellis Street entrance to the studio. Easily accessible from Chapel Street, Surrey Road and Simmons Street, with 1 hour on street park available in the area.
