Our Volumize women trained up to a 1 rep max over a 8 week period to prepare for testing day which was completed under the supervision of GRIPT Head Coach Jack Boon and Coach Nate Kennedy.

An explosive workout with absolute training intensity. This HIIT style exercise promises to push even the fittest physically and mentally. The ultimate fat burner and fitness boost.

VOLUMIZE

Get a personal training experience, in a small group environment. These weight training sessions are unique to GRIPT with a large emphasis on technique, execution and effort that require prior weight training experience. The sessions are suitable for women wanting to firm, tone and improve strength and posture.
