TRAINING

The 12 Week Program is available across our 3 unique training experiences in the studio – Personal Training, Small Group Training (Hyper & Volumize) and Group Training. The program is based on training a minimum of 4 times per week, following a periodised training program that will allow you to progress on a weekly basis.

NUTRITION

During the workshop you will be provided with your macronutrients based on your goal. You will be provided with the ability to calculate and monitor your own macros, with the goal at the end of the program to be able to eat intuitively based on your goal.

Every 4 weeks you will check in with your coach where adjustments will be made to allow you to continue making improvements and overcome plateaus.

RECOVERY

Recovery will become a part of your routine, with an emphasis placed on rest, repair and relaxation, to allow you to perform better. This will include access to the Infrared Sauna in the studio throughout the program.

RESULTS

The goal is to build sustainable habits to allow you continue to improve your health in the long term.

You will also track the changes to your Body Composition (Body Fat %, Lean Muscle Mass, Visceral Fat) utilising an Inbody Scanner that will be permanently based in the studio. Every 4 weeks you will check in with your coach, analyse the results, and allow us to recommend what adjustments need to be made to maintain improvements.

In the South Yarra studio you have everything you need to improve your health and quality of living at your fingertips. From the way you train your body, fuel it with nutrition, and look after it with recovery.

TRAIN

With three training experiences in the studio to choose from, training at GRIPT is available for anyone, at any stage on their health journey.

NUTRITION

Post workout starts in the GRIPT Fuel Bar with a range of delicious smoothies. The studio is also home to a qualified nutritionist to coach you to building healthier eating habits.

RECOVERY

The way you recover is as important as the way you train, because it will allow you to perform at your best. Recovery is made easy, with an Infrared Sauna available in the studio.
